Victor Carrat

Franco-Spanish with a multidisciplinary background in sociology, physical education, and environmental education, driven by a strong passion for the relationship between society and nature. I began my education at the French Lycée of Valencia and was later admitted to the High-Performance Centre in Cheste as an elite rugby athlete, representing Spain at the U18 national level.

I trained as a lifeguard with the Red Cross and completed both a Certificate III and Diploma in Physical and Sports Activity Facilitation. I later earned a university degree in sociology, including an Erasmus semester in Sicily, Italy, which broadened my international perspective and deepened my interest in social and environmental justice.

Professionally, I have experience leading environmental education and outdoor adventure programs, working as an assistant teacher at the French Lycée of Valencia, and serving as a lifeguard and U16 rugby coach. I am particularly committed to working with local communities to co-design place-based solutions to local challenges.

I am currently studying a dual Certificate III in Conservation and restoration of marine habitats and Ecosystem Management, with Envirotech Education in Australia.
